Impressions Nebraska

- 1st time 10-0 since 2006.
- Definitely not UMs best game this season.
- Speaks volumes that despite this UM still wins going away.
- UMs interior O linemen are fun to watch.
- They are consistently moving the LOS backwards.
- When you have Corum not being touched until he has gained 3 yards or further down field is impressive.
- Passing game was definitely an issue.
- Looked out of sync for much of the game.
- I personally blame the WRs as much as JJ.
- They dropped balls, seemed to have issues picking up the ball, and gave up on routes for no reason .
- For all his talent, Edwards has to learn to get his pads down in traffic.
- He takes far too many unnecessary hits under the chin.
- Loveland has star written all over him.
- How many teams can play without two NFL potential TEs and have little drop off.
- There were very few missed blocks by the TEs.
- Give Props to Coach Moore.
- The back up O Line came in and UM run showed no drop off.
- Combined with Stokes they had an impressive drive to close out the 4th quarter
18a. Speaking of Stokes, did a very good job on UMs last TD drive.
- Nice to see UM special teams bounce back.
- UM linebackers have definitely improved.
- Played their best game of the season yesterday, IMO.
- Big time props to Coach Elston.
- D Line did an amazing job at retracing and getting back into plays.
- Interesting that Cornhuskers on 1st series attacked away fro strength.
24a. Ran bubble to strength, and rest of the plays away from.
- Big improvement by UM against bubble screens.
- Colson and Sanstill in particular did a nice job getting underneath the blockers.
- One area to work on, UM DTs have a bad habit of getting pushed out of their pass lanes.
27a. Especially when angling or stunting
- This hurt UM on Nebraska’s only scoring drive.
- Okie upped his game this week. Needs to continue.
- Graham played his best game of the season.
- Still get nervous when Henne takes risks handling punts.
- Until next week, GO BLUE.
